Following the detonation of domestic bombs in the Khayartala neighborhood, which is under the jurisdiction of the Sagarpara police station in the Murshidabad district of West Bengal, three individuals are believed dead.
According to local TV sources, at least three people were killed in suspected bomb explosions Monday morning in the Khayartala region, which is within the jurisdiction of the Sagarpara police station in the Murshidabad district of West Bengal. According to reports, the house where the bombs were built fell during the explosion.
Police from West Bengal have reached the location and are looking into what happened. According to early accounts, country-made bombs were used in the explosions.
The victims, Mustakin Sheikh from Mahtab Colony and Mamun Molla and Sakirul Sarkar from Khayartala were allegedly participating in the bomb-making process inside the house at the time of the incident. Mustaqin Sheikh has been recognized as another deceased individual.
However, the victims’ relatives have reportedly denied any role in the bombing. They claim that after bombs were thrown at the residence, Mamun Molla, Sakirul Sarkar, and Mustaqin Sheikh were killed.
The authorities believe that the residence still contains the materials needed to make the bombs.
Thick layers of white fumes engulfed the house after the bombs exploded on Sunday night, causing the residents nearby to alert the police immediately. The bomb squad and the police are currently investigating the blast.
