The latest news of Andhra Pradesh is now government of Andhra Pradesh has partnered with the edtech company Physics Wallah(PW). It establishes the University of Innovation (UoI). This will go to aiming for becoming the state’s very first Insititute of Eminence (IoE).
Physic Wala focuses on providing education in Artificial Intelligence AI and all kinds of emerging technologies along with all types of new-age skills. The entrepreneurship to the state’s youth positioning Andhra Paradehss as an education hub.
The UoI also going to adopt a hub and spoke model with the central university to serve it as the hub and the satellite centers across Andhra Pradesh acting like spokes. This structure will be designed to designed for offering students from a diverse background across hybrid eductions and combinations of online and in-person learning experiences.
PW planning to invest up to ₹1,000 cr in this project. They will get the backing from GSV Ventures and other investors. They work with Collaborations with industry partners. Like Amazon Web Services (AWS), by aims to ensure the curriculum aligns with current market demands. They like to provide them the industry-relevant education.
Andhra Pradesh’s Minister Nara Lokesh for Human Resources Development said that
