Coldplay concluded its ‘Music of the Spheres World Tour’ in India. This is the final show in Ahmedabad. Business tycoon Anand Mahindra shared the video of the crowded Narendra Modi Stadium. This single stadium’s capacity is over 1.25.
“The moment when the world discovered that India is the new frontier of live entertainment…Coldplay. Ahmedabad,” Anand Mahindra posted the video on X, and described it as a ‘Firefly’ song.
The band also addresses this show as “biggest-ever concert”. Coldplay also pronounces the Narendra Modi Stadium “the best stadium in the whole wide world”.
Coldplay stated in the posting of a picture on X. “Our biggest ever concert. Totally mind-blowing,”.
After finishing their last show, the British rock band posted a Thank You message for India and Ahmedabad. They also say its a forgettable experience.

“Thank you Ahmedabad, thank you India. We’ll never forget these two weeks. Your love and kindness will stay with us forever,”.
Coldplay’s Chris Martin says, ‘Happy Republic Day, India’
On Sunday, as Indians celebrated Republic Day, Coldplay’s lead singer, Chris Martin, greeted the crowd with “Happy Republic Day, India!” as he kicked off his final performance in the country.
He touched many hearts by singing the patriotic anthem “Vande Mataram”.
Fans switch on their flashlights and groove to the band’s tunes in their last concert in India. This show will be streamed live on the Disney Hotstar.
Chris Martin stated before starting to hum a few lines from A R Rahman’s 1997 track “Maa Tujhe Salaam”.
“We are so happy to be here, so grateful to be here. Happy Republic Day to everybody in India. We know how lucky we are to play in your beautiful country, especially on a day when all the planets are aligned and we have the best audience in the best stadium in the whole wide world,”.
Chris Martin sent his gratitude to the audience in Hindi and said
“Dhanyawaad pyaare dosto. Aap sab ka bohat swagat hai hamare show me. Aap sabka bohat dhanyawaad ki aapne hume yaha perform karne ka mauka diya. Ahmedabad me aake hum bohat khushi ho rahi hai. Aur namaste aap sabko jo hume live stream par dekh rahe hai,”
