Another RG Kar horror news comes from the state where a female student of RG Kar College was found dead at home. This news was almost like a shockwave for the entire nation. The RG Kar student was found dead at ESI Hospital Quarters in Kamarhati in North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal.
The student’s mother is also a doctor who raised an alarm when he called her daughter several times over the phone but she didn’t answer her calls. Later one student was found dead at her home. The police also registered the case of the unnatural death and authorities are now investigating the matter and circumstances surrounding the death. Her body has been sent for further medical investigation and medical examination.
Previous to this death another student’s death news has come. The resident doctor’s body was found at the seminar hall of the RG Kar Medical College Hospital. The body was bruised raped and killed. This triggered nationwide outrage. The investigation of the case was handed to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) by the Calcutta High Court.
The civic volunteer named Sanjoy Roy was caught on CCTV camera while sneakily roaming in the hospital during the crime’s day. Sanjay Roy was convicted by the court in the case and sentenced to life imprisonment till death.
The parent of the doctor claimed that the investigation was actually done half-heartedly and other culprits also involved in the crime were all in the dark. They have demanded the death penalty for the accused culprit.
