A massive fire broke out at a renowned chemical factory in Hyderabad. The sudden sound of the explosion alerted the surroundings and authorities started evacuations. Fire engines rush through the spot but firefighters face challenges due to multiple explosions and chemical contamination. The cause of the fire is still unknown and under investigation, no casualties have been reported so far. This fire broke causing huge panic in the surrounding areas. Many surrounding visuals show how the factory staffers and the other people in the area are fleeing from the site after the fire spreads. Flames billowed out from the windows and roof of the Shesha Sai Chemical factory building. Thick black smoke started to envelop the entire area.
According to a report by Telangana Today, the fire formed around 6:00 pm right after an explosion in the factory.
Authorities ordered to seal off the area after the blaze began. Locals began evacuating their houses out of fear of fire. At least six fire tenders were pressed into operation as multiple explosions took place from the chemical barrels stored inside the factory. The updated news has been shared in an Indian TV report also added that the fire spread to the adjacent Mahalaxmi Rubber Company. That causes chemical contamination throughout the area.
The accident also caused traffic jams as the police were forced to close the road and divert the vehicles.ETV Bharat reported the road to the Hindusthan Cable and the Cherlapally railway station remained closed on Thursday evening. Hence congestion was recorded in the ECIL and Moulali areas when firefighters fought the blaze.
